The world is in a continuous state of circulation and flow. Everything is in constant motion. Whether it is the water cycle, breathing cycle, changes in seasons. Even the body has its own circulation…

Stop complaining

Complaining about life is easy.

Complaining about a situation in your life, nowadays, is the easiest way to face a challenge, we avoid responsibility and neglect the fact that we are the creators of our own worries. We often find ourselves blaming others or situations for our suffering, we blame our co-worker, our past, our boss, our jobs, our toxic relationship with a friend or a partner, and so on. And the last person responsible on the list, turns to be YOU. This is called in modern society the “victim mindset”. I’ve been that person too, and I swear it doesn’t lead you anywhere. Sometimes, I think about all the years I spent complaining about my environment and the things around me.

It becomes a sickness, being a victim is easy. Way easier than I wish it could be, you put yourself as a hopeless person which automatically convert you 100% sure that things are the way they are because that’s life, and life doesn’t change. Well, no. It’s not like that.

Complaining is an easy escape to your opportunity to change. We love to be a victim of someone or something that stop us from our goals, we become addicted to external approval and become needy.

Follow your intuition.

During my teenage years, procrastination was a big enemy. Video-games, TV shows, eating bad, spending hours on social media, even taking long naps were a big part of my daily energy consumption.

But I had a little bug that was knocking the door of my subconscious to enter and change that auto destructive behaviour.

There’s that voice that tells you big ideas, the one that tells you that you should actually go to the gym instead of playing Fortnite, or finally start to play guitar as you love music. That is the voice that is called self love, your soul, your higher self as many call it. And the s you start listen to it the better.

After some years of the repeated boring behaviour, I decided to follow that voice.

Being far away from my family and friends in Australia, put me in a position that I knew it was my opportunity to finally start making action for my good sake. Now that I was more than fifteen thousand kilometres away, what do I have to loose? I can do whatever I want or be whoever I want.

It was a tough process embracing change, sometimes I see my constant ego getting me into procrastination every time as a little “devil baby” that cries for attention and to get you back to your old miserable self. Within time, I knew how to listen and observe it, without paying attention to it.

You always have two decisions , either going back to the victim or choose self love.

There’s no script.

I cannot tell you how to begin to change. Because there is not a magic trick to make your life “the best” out of nowhere.

What it really helped me out during this last year and a half was constantly feeding my mind with powerful books and podscasts from authors like: Joe Dispenza, Jordan B Peterson, Robin Sharma, Jay Shetty, Alan Watts, Eckhart Tolle and many more. And also just to be clear about this topic of books and authors, a lot of people always have different opinions about authors, criticising their work without reading the books. But I always say, take the good things, apply them if they’re useful, but don’t get obsessed with a specific idea, because nobody has an absolute truth. They’re all humans expressing and wanting to tell their truth to help others.

I also put my body in really uncomfortable situations like taking cold swims, eating better, fasting, learning new things, running more than I ever could, meditating more than one hour.

I am still changing, knowing myself every day better and constantly trying to improve and seeing results. Nobody is perfect or will be perfect, but I love to help others falling in love with their life.

And It’s funny because we are always looking for THAT moment when we suddenly change, and we get frustrated, but is not about getting frustrated, is about enjoying so much your process that one day you walk on your own truth without even realising it.

The only thing I know is that you need to start from somewhere. If you are inspired or not, it doesn’t matter, go and do some exercise. If you have an idea, set it up, sit down and write it that day, maybe in 3 months you will actually put action to make it happen, but ground that idea, that will give you a sense of ambition and hope. With that ambition and hope, you will have fuel to work on that idea, and then you create.

And finally you realise, that all your existencial problems are just an overreaction of your lazy , comfortable mind that hates change and the unknown world. And happiness arrives. Within the process of making things, enjoying it and falling in love with making things happen.

“To change is to think greater than how we feel. To change is to act greater than the familiar feelings of the memorized self.”

Joe Dispenza

My personal advice.

Change is always possible and it’s part of our natural evolution as humans. Listen to that little intuition bug, take that opportunity of change. The smallest habit always sums up to make your life a bit more extraordinary.

There are always people that are going to support you, feel free to talk about your problems, and take the good feedback and apply it. But the one that needs to take the big step towards their current situation is always oneself.

Every piece of advice I give to you, I need you to understand that I am giving it to myself.

We are all mirrors, constant learners of our own minds and the outside world. Take always the good things, and follow your heart. And have hope, change is always knocking on our door, and it’s on you how to receive it.

‘Life is the dancer and you are the dance.’

Eckhart Tolle
